Fred Norton has an LL.M. in tax law, and is Board Certified in Tax Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has more than 40 years of experience handling tax, business, and estate planning matters. He also has received an AV* rating from Martindale Hubbell, demonstrating his expertise with the subject matter and the reputation he maintains among his peers. Fred has been recognized by Texas Monthly magazine as a “Super Lawyer,” an award given to less than 2% of all licensed attorneys in Texas.
Marshall Wood is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. As a seasoned trial lawyer with nearly 30 years practicing, he skillfully contends with insurance, commercial and malpractice defense cases. Marshall also has an AV* rating from Martindale Hubbell recognizing him as a reputable attorney amongst the legal community.
Richard Kroll specializes in family law which includes divorces, custody disputes, visitation, and child support issues. Prior to his career as an attorney, Richard served the Texarkana community as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic. Richard is licensed to practice law in Texas and Arkansas.
Jaci Roberts Berry has an educational background in accounting and business which she utilizes daily in assisting business owners, banking institutions, and individuals with their legal needs. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Arkansas. Jaci is also an Arkansas Mediator in divisions domestic relations and probate.
